HMRC Submission Software:
RTI Pro and RTI Lite, two desktop applications that allow the submission of previously calculated payroll information. The information is collected, validated then submitted via the Government Gateway direct from the end user’s PC.
RTI Payroll Standard, a desktop application which calculates payroll information based on pay rates previously entered. Pay rates are confirmed and a payroll file generated, validated then submitted via the Government Gateway direct from the end user’s PC.
RTI Payroll for Pensions, a desktop application which has been developed specifically to deal with pension payment requirements and includes Trivial Commutation Payments, Quarterly, Biannual, Annual and Irregular Pension Payment processing. Gross payment amounts are confirmed and a payroll file generated, validated then submitted via the Government Gateway direct from the end user’s PC.
VAT Pro MTD, a desktop application allowing the submission of one or more VAT Returns and EC Sales List Reporting to HMRC. VAT information is collected, validated then submitted via the Government Gateway direct from the end user’s PC.
CIS Submission Pro, a desktop application allowing monthly tax returns (CIS300) to be filed online. CIS information is collected, validated then submitted via the Government Gateway direct from the end user’s PC.
HSD Trust Administration:
Multiple Trusts within multiple Organisational Units can be managed. Trust transactional information, including stock amounts and values, are entered, financial and other reports are produced. Reports can include information relating to one Trust or a group of Trusts.
HSD Service Administration:
Client and Appointment management system including service reminders, staff planning, job tracking and invoicing. Our Software has been developed for the heating and maintenance industry but can easily be tailored for any other industry where appointments are made.
HSD Labels:
Label printing software developed for postal delivery companies to enable ease of entry, updating and labelling of sorting trays. Delivery point slot sizes can be easily increased or decreased and postal walk routes can be modified using drag and drop. A number of sorting frame types can be accommodated.
HSD Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) Administration:
Our highly flexible software supports the full life cycle of SIPP administration including automated links to external banking systems, IFA web access, benefits administration, pension payroll, property administration, client invoicing, Statutory Money Purchase Illustrations (SMPI), communication log and work tracking. It also performs e-Filing of Pension, Payroll and VAT returns via the HMRC Government Gateway.
